Energy System Services, the Italian legal entity responsible for the ECP for wind and photovoltaic plant (inlc HV and MV electrical stations) and for wind and photovoltaic maintenace, has recently opened its first Service Point in Cagliari, Sardinia.
The city of Cagliari was chosen as location for the Service Point to support the construction of the wind farm “Cadau” plus other plants located in the South East. Moreover, in this region, Energy System Services will realize for Solar Venture, in the coming months, two photovoltaic plants of 6MW of total output.
“The Service Point will have a strategic logistical function both for the maintenance of wind power plants and stations and also for the construction of the two photovoltaic plants” said Francesco Paolo Liuzzi, Managing Director of Energy System Services “Its position will allow us to have immediate availability of material and spare parts on the island. It represents an important investment for the development of our activities in Sardinia, thanks also to the availability of local staff involved in the specialized services offer by Energy System Services, i.e. EPC construction, maintenance of electrical stations and service for wind power plants supported by the 24h Control Center located in Foggia.”

The Service Point will be the heart of Energy System Services in the region thanks to sharing all the digital tools for performance evaluation and warehouse management that the company has at its disposal in order to improve the efficiency and increase the productivity for us and our customers.
